Colonel Joe Brewer

Colonel Joe Brewer, age 87, of Edgewood, Maryland passed away on March 14, 2021 at his home. Born in Sugar Grove, Virginia, he was the son of Edward Brewer and Encilee (Blevins) Barker. Colonel was a hard worker, working until he was 80 years old. He enjoyed feeding the squirrels and birds and being outside planting gardens and mowing.

Colonel is survived by his daughters, Debbie Cochran, Sharon Walsh and Barbara Deel; son, Milton Lee Dennis; grandchildren, Robert Hess, Wendy Downs, Nicole Heindel, Becky Roe, Kelly Baummer, Brian Dinisio, Crystal Dennis and Autumn Dennis; 12 great grandchildren; and 1 great great granddaughter.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Brewer and their son, Colonel Joe Brewer and 10 siblings.
