CLEMENTINE H. FRAZIER, age 78, of Colora, died at her home on May 12, 2004. Born in Smyth County, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Nanny May Haga Blevins, and the wife of the late Claude F. Frazier. She retired in 1981 after 25 years of service with C&P Telephone Company where she worked as an operator. She was an active member of the Apostolic Church of Jesus Christ in Forest Hill for 18 years where she was one of the oldest members and had been named Mother of the Apostolic Church of Jesus Christ in 2002. She was also an active member of the Telephone Pioneers of America. She was an avid reader and enjoyed working crossword puzzles.
Mrs. Frazier is survived by three sons, John A. Clendenin of Baltimore; Steven W. Clendenin of Havre de Grace; James H. Clendenin of Aberdeen; two daughters, Agnes A. Brewer of Colora; Crystal L. Sweigart of Havre de Grace; two brothers, Bobby Blevins of Fayetteville, West Virginia; Hubert Blevins of Fayetteville, West Virginia; four sisters, Kay Greene of Oak Hill, West Virginia; Melba Foote of Jackson, Michigan; Linda Roark of Amanda, Ohio; Anita Hinton of Fayetteville, West Virginia; 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter. In addition to her parents and her husband, she was predeceased by one brother, J.R. Blevins.
Pallbearers will be: Steve W. Clendenin, Brian Clendenin, Roger Brewer, Jr., Steven J. Clendenin, Wayne Keene, Dustin Ross, and James Siglow.
