Claudia "Chris" A. Sparks

Claudia "Chris" A. Sparks, age 63, of Bel Air, MD passed away on May 5, 2017 at her home. Born in Havre de Grace, MD, she was the daughter of Beura Akers Sparks and Hazel Virginia (Waddell) Sparks. She was an accomplished equestrian who enjoyed riding and showing horses. Her family, however, was always her first priority.

Ms. Sparks is survived by her sisters, Norma "Lucky" G. Guercio and Linda S. Kelly both of Forest Hill, Mary K. Morin of Port Orange, FL; nephews, Steve Guercio, Henry Guercio, Jr., Ronald Kelly, all of Forest Hill, MD, Douglas Morin, of Port Orange, FL and Bryan Sparks of Elkton, MD; nieces, Teresa Truckenmiller and Sandra Wheeler, both of Bel Air, MD, Connie Gibson of Abingdon, MD and Beverly Albert of Texas; and many grand-nephews and grand-nieces.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Roger Sparks and her nephew, Michael Guercio.
