Claudette Kefauver, age 83, of Bel Air, Maryland, passed away peacefully on January 25, 2025, at the Senator Bob Hooper House in Forest Hill, Maryland.

Born in Hacks Point, Maryland, Claudette was the beloved daughter of the late Willard and Georgia (Hash) Reeves. She shared 65 wonderful years of marriage with her devoted husband, Lewis Kefauver.

Claudette was a woman of many talents and passions. She had a deep appreciation for the arts, expressing her creativity through painting, sewing, and knitting. Her hands often brought beauty into the world, whether through her artwork or lovingly crafted creations. A woman of faith, she was actively involved in Bible study, finding strength and inspiration in her spiritual journey.

Claudette will be remembered for her warm heart, artistic spirit, and dedication to her faith and family.

In addition to her husband, Claudette is survived by sons, Lewis "Bryan" Kefauver and his spouse Ethel of Bel Air, MD, Dale G. Kefauver and his spouse Karen of Darlington, MD; grandchildren, Caprice Kennedy, Ellen Dooley, and Dale Benjamin Kefauver; great-grandchildren, Audrey Dooley, Bea Dooley, and Carson Kennedy and brother, Steven Reeves.
