Clarence "Reds" Bowling, age 74, of Aberdeen, MD, passed away on December 1, 2014 at his home. Born in Harlan, KY, he was the son of the late William Cleve Bowling and Maude Helen Gibson McCormick. At the age of 7, he moved to Baltimore, MD and at the age of 9, he met his future wife whom he married in 1958. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and worked for Victory Racing Plate, Inc. where he retired after 27 years of service. A resident of Harford County since 1995, he loved Orioles baseball and enjoyed vacationing at Pigeon Forge with his sister Ruth and best friend Ray.
Mr. Bowling is survived by his wife, Dolores C. Bowling; sons, Michael Bowling and wife, Christie of Hedgesville, WV, Mark Bowling and wife, Deb-b, of Aberdeen, and Tracy Bowling of Belcamp; daughters, Brenda McCann and husband, Bob, of Abingdon and Tina Singleton and husband, Mark, of Inwood, WV; grandchildren, Kristen Nicholson, Heather McGlaughlan, Nicole Bunch Bowling, Kaitlin Bowling, Mark Bowling Jr., Megan Bowling, Grant Singleton and Daniel Singleton; and six great-grandchildren.
