Clara Mae Warner, 61, of Joppa, MD passed away on April 4, 2015 at Franklin Square Hospital in Baltimore, MD. Born in LaVale, MD, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Victor Kisselovich and Evelyn Elizabeth (Fike) Kisselovich and wife of the late Larry William Warner Sr. She received her Masters Degree from the University of Maryland and in 1974 graduated from Church Home and Hospital School of Nursing. She worked at Morgan State University for 16 years and at Harbor Hospital for over 35 years. She loved spending time with her grandchildren. She enjoyed traveling with her family, weekends at the beach and playing cards with her sisters. She was a season ticket holder for both the Ravens and Ironbirds and also enjoyed Orioles games.
Mrs. Warner is survived by her son Larry William Warner Jr. of Joppa; daughter, Erin VanNostrand and husband, Richard, of Joppa; brothers, Joseph and John Kisselovich; sisters, Carol A. Lilley of Chesapeake, VA, Mary Van Horne of Columbia and Theresa Hansen of Ellicott City; and grandchildren, Austin Joseph VanNostrand, Alyson Rose VanNostrand and Alayna Jane VanNostrand.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to MedStar Harbor Hospital Office of Philanthropy, Attn: Naomi Lavaddin, 3001 South Hanover St., Baltimore, MD 21225 Phone: 410-350-8271. The funds will be directed to the Pediatric Unit at the hospital in memory of Clara Warner.
