Clara Mae Amoss

Clara Mae Amoss, died on December 22, 2021 at Hart Heritage Forest Hill after a prolonged and disabling illness. In May 2016 she had suffered a sudden brain bleed (hemorrhagic stroke) followed by emergency surgery with minimal recovery.  She was 79. 

Predeceased include father L. Willard Amoss, mothers Clara and Elva Amoss, and dear friend R. Dick Lynch.

She is survived by a brother, Willard Amoss and his wife Linda; sister Phyllis McCann; nephews, David, Daniel, and Jonathan; niece, Sarah and all of their spouses and many great nieces and nephews.

Clara was the loving older sister to over 20 foster care children, she worked as an elementary school secretary for over 10 years and was a medical office secretary for over 30 years.

She was a lifelong member of Fallston United Methodist Church and belonged to the Fallston Chimney Corner Club.

Private burial will be held on Friday December 24, 2021 at Fallston United Methodist Church Cemetery.
