CLAIRE RAUB, age 83, of Bel Air, died in Lorien Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Bel Air on December 22, 2003. Born in Plymouth, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late John Howard and Hannah Florence Morris Griffith, and the wife of the late Harold Raub. She retired after 32 years as a teacher/ director of Tiny Tots Preschool at Bel Air United Methodist Church. She was a member of Bel Air United Methodist Church and the Esther Circle. She was a member of “Just Friends” and the Bel Air Acres Homemakers Club. She volunteered for Meals on Wheels and the Red Cross Blood Drive. She was a member of the Bel Air Athletic Club.
Mrs. Raub is survived by one son, Philip J. Raub of Bel Air; one daughter, Harolyn R. Kelly and her husband, Jack Kelly of Bel Air; one sister, Joyce Sprow and her husband, Donald Sprow of Seabring, Florida; two grandchildren, Amy K. King and her husband, Cris King of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; and Adam K. Kelly of Baltimore.
Pallbearers will be: Carl Steinbrenner, Adam Kelly, Chris King, Wyoming Paris, Steven Sedler, James Mentzer, Edwin Leister, Clark Jones and Henry Tremper.
