Daughter ofDorothy Bay and the late Robert Bay, sisterof Patty and Bill Bryant, Donna Bay and her partner Carroll Reynolds, Shellie and Jeff Knotts,also survived byhergrand dogs Koda and Kooper. Visitation will be Tuesday, September 13, 2011 from 1-3 PM - 5-7 PMat the Kurtz Funeral Home, 1114 Baldwin Mill Road, Jarrettsville, Maryland 21084.
