Christopher N. Schmidt

Christopher Neil Schmidt, 29, died suddenly on July 16th at his home in Bel Air. He was the son of Brian and Cindy (nee Bognaski) Schmidt, also of Bel Air. He was the brother of Brian Smetana, of Nottingham.
He is also survived by his grandparents Neil and Beverly Schmidt of Timonium and Patricia Harkins of Bel Air, and the late Paul Bognaski and his wife Janet, of Mt Airy.  

Chris is also survived by his large loving family of many aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends who loved and will miss him forever. Chris loved animals, especially his dog Thunder and was an avid reader. Chris would have reached his teaching career goal this upcoming September. He was a graduate of Fallston High School. He received his bachelor’s degree in history and his master’s in teaching both from Towson University.

In honor of Chris, we request casual attire because that was Chris's style.
