Charlotte Wilma Spicer

April 7, 1927 — June 1, 2009

Charlotte Wilma Spicer, age 82, of Joppa, MD, died on June 1, 2009 at her home. Born in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Edward B. and Sophia Marie Wilhelm Turner and wife of the late Elmer A. Spicer. A resident of Harford County for over 50 years, she had worked at Kmart in food service and at Fallston Hospital in the Dietary Department. She was a life member of Joppa Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company and enjoyed watching old westerns. She loved her grandchildren and was very dedicated to her family.

Mrs. Spicer is survived by her sons, Elmer Allen Spicer of Rehoboth Beach, DE and James Robert Spicer of Joppa, MD; daughter, Susan Carol Baroch of Joppa, MD; thirteen grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Edward B. Turner and her sister, Virginia Watts.

Pallbearers will be Rusty Spicer, James Baroch III, Jerry Crawford, Lee Brendel, Edward Spicer, and William Snyder III.
