Charlotte M. Gaugh

Charlotte M. Gaugh, 81, of Bel Air, MD, passed away on March 26, 2015 at Manor Care-Dulaney Valley in Towson, MD. Born in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late William and Mary Eva Cochran Moeser. A homemaker, she liked to read and talk to friends on the phone. She was a member of Bel Air United Methodist Church.

Ms. Gaugh is survived by her sons, William Gaugh of Bel Air and David Gaugh and wife, Tiffany, of Fulton; and grandchildren, Michael and Ethan Gaugh.
