Charlotte Ann Lieske, age 65, of Joppa, Maryland (formerly of Aberdeen) passed away on June 3, 2022 at her home. Born in Havre de Grace, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Herman and Nola Lieske. In her younger years, Charlotte enjoyed riding motorcycles, working on cars, hunting, fishing, swimming, and hiking through the woods. She also enjoyed family reunions.
Charlotte is survived by her sister, Helen and husband, Robert P. Richick, brothers Edward P. Lieske, Henry E. Lieske, John F. Lieske and cousins, Ellen Grace Singer and Mary Ann Singer (with whom she lived with). Charlotte is also survived by nieces and nephews, Angela Zimnoch, Carrie L. Lieske, Carole J. Travers, Bettie Ann Hinson, Herman W. Lieske, III, John Walter Richick, Chuckie Wade, Eddie Wade, Anthony Evans, Nola Hopkins, Billy Joe Nelson, John F. Lieske Jr., Anthony Lieske, Timothy Lieske, Shawn Lieske, and many other nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Charlotte was preceded in death by her sister Minnie Marie Wade whom she was particularly close to, sister Mary E. Nelson, and brothers Jesse (Jr) Evans, Thomas Evans, Herman W. Lieske, Jr, and nephews, Tucker Evans and Brian Travers.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Charlotte’s memory to the Upper Chesapeake Kaufman Cancer Center, 500 Upper Chesapeake Drive, Bel Air, Maryland 21014.
