Charlotte Isabel ''Cookie'' Bitter

Charlotte Isabel "Cookie" Bitter, 91, of Bel Air, MD passed away on November 30, 2015 at the Senator Bob Hooper House in Forest Hill, MD. Born in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late William Edward Mackabee and Ella Frances (Zink) Mackabee and wife of the late Charles G. Bitter Sr. She had worked for the Bell Atlantic Telephone Company where she was a switchboard operator.

Mrs. Bitter is survived by her son, Charles G. Bitter Jr. of Bel Air; and grandson, Chris O. Bitter of Baltimore.
