Charlotte H. Lockard

CHARLOTTE H. LOCKARD, age 71, of Street, MD, died on January 27, 2006 at her home. Born in Scott County, VA, she was the daughter of the late Sylvester Tillman Morris and the late Ora Venus Hall Montgomery. She was a homemaker and a member of the Franklin Missionary Baptist Church.

Mrs. Lockard is survived by her husband of 36 years, Thomas Ray Lockard of Street, MD; one son, Danny Lee Redman, Sr., and his wife, Susan, of Capon Bridge, WV; one daughter, Kathy Ann Vaartjes, and her husband, John Sr., of Street, MD; two brothers, Bill Morris of Bel Air, MD and Jack Morris of Baltimore, MD; five grandchildren, Danny Lee Redman, Jr. of Rockville, MD, Renee Redman of Bel Air, MD, John Vaartjes, Jr. of Cooleemee, NC, Scott Vaartjes and Christopher Vaartjes, both of Street, MD; and six great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a sister, Lorene Hardin; and a granddaughter, Brandy Redman.
