Charlotte B. Rajotte, age 96, of Jarrettsville, Maryland passed away on October 29, 2022 at Stella Maris Hospice in Timonium, Maryland. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, she was the daughter of Charles William and Anna Dorothy (Blake) Foster and wife of the late Lucien Thomas Rajotte. Charlotte earned her bachelor’s degree in Theology at Notre Dame of Maryland in 1990. She was the Director of Religious Education for both St. Dominic’s and St. Anthony's churches, finishing her career at the Mission Helpers of Sacred Heart. Charlotte and Annette were the oldest living identical twins in Maryland at the age of 96. Charlotte gave her life to many Christian charities teaching children how to be kind and charitable to others.
Charlotte is survived by three daughters, Kathleen D. Rajotte, Margaret (Gregory) A. Wolf, and Lisa R. Wagner; two sons, Brian (Kimberly) C. Rajotte and Karl (Renee) E. Rajotte; 18 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; identical twin Annette Newcomb, sister Virginia Dillard and brother Francis Foster.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Walter Jeznack, Bernie Jeznack, Eddie Foster, and Harold Foster.
