Charles R. Hamilton

Charles R. Hamilton, age 91, of Fallston, Maryland passed away peacefully on March 12, 2022 at home surrounded by his family. Born in Alliance, Ohio, he was the son of Paul and Osie (Riley) Hamilton and husband of the late Vivian E. Hamilton. He was a veteran of the U.S.Navy serving from 1952-1956 as a photographer’s mate 3^rd class where he received The National Defense Service Medal.  He worked as a photographer and printing salesman for all of his career.  He loved playing and listening to music. He had a gift to play the piano by ear and enjoyed ballroom dancing, bowling, playing softball and spending time with family. His true passion in life was photography.     

Charles is survived by his daughters, Vivian Lee Herbert, Terry (Joseph) White; grandchildren, Jeffrey (Michele) A. Lewis, Matthew J. White, Corey H. White; great-grandchildren, Jacob, Noelle, Dean & Carlee; sister, Faith E. Debes; nieces & nephews.

In addition to his parents and wife, Charles was preceded in death by brother, Frederic Atherton Hamilton, Sr., sister, Louise Macleod, sister, Emma R. Russell, son-in-law, Keith A. Lewis, son-in-law, Wm. David Herbert.
