Charles Hessell Myers

Charles Hessell Myers, age 101, of Darlington, MD, passed away on October 8, 2013 at his home. Born in New Martinsville, WV, he was the son of the late Beverly A. and Cora White Myers and husband of the late Mary Helen Myers. He retired from Aberdeen Proving Ground in 1972 where he worked for 31 years as a crane operator. He was an active member of Edgewood Assembly of God and enjoyed traveling, camping, hunting and fishing. He especially enjoyed visiting West Virginia.

Mr. Myers is survived by his son Ed Myers and wife, Sue, of North East; daughter, Betty Borden and husband, Ralph, of Darlington; grandchildren, Charlie Myers and Kevin Hill; and four great-grandchildren.
