Charles Edward Joines

Charles Edward Joines, age 73, of 1531 Memorial Park Drive, Sparta, NC, died on Tuesday, February 16, 2010, at the Alleghany Memorial Hospital in Sparta. He was the son of the late Earl Oscar and Boyde Cleary Joines, and was also preceded in death by a sister, Earlene Hora.

He is survived by his wife, Annie Caudill Joines of the home; a daughter and son-in-law, Sharon and Randy Williams of Street, MD; two grandchildren; one great-grandson; and a brother, Gary Joines of Fripp Island, SC.
