Charles ''Charlie'' Soul Jr.

Charles "Charlie" Soul Jr., age 66, of Abingdon, MD, died on November 5, 2010 at his home. Born in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late Charles Thomas Soul Sr. and Alice Lorraine Lane Soul. He had worked at Humphrey Chemical Company at Edgewood Arsenal for 19 years, Klein's Shoprite for 21 years, mostly at the Aberdeen store, and at MJK Ranch as a meat cutter. He was an avid goose hunter, liked camping, square dancing, church and TV.

Mr. Soul is survived by his wife of 47 years, Joann Theresa Smith Soul of Abingdon, MD; sons, Stephen T. Soul and wife, Robyn, of Aberdeen, MD and Chuck Soul and wife, Jen, of Edgewood, MD; brothers, Donald Lee Soul of Abingdon, MD and Larry E. Soul of Georgia; sister, Patricia R. Manus of Port Deposit; and grandchildren, Sarah, Stephen Jr., Grace and Nicholas Soul, all of Aberdeen, MD and Christopher, Zachary and Samantha Soul, all of Edgewood, MD.

Pallbearers will be Steve, Chuck, Chris, Sarah, Stephen, and Zack Soul.
