Charles C. Royal

Charles C. Royal, of Havre de Grace, MD, died at the age of 83 on November 16, 2016 at Citizens Care and Rehabilitation Center in Havre de Grace. He was born in Elkton, NC to Thomas Levi and Vera Mae (Hatcher) Royal and was the husband, for 56 years, of the late Ruby Norlene Royal.

Survivors include his daughter, Barbara Davis of Airville, PA; granddaughter, Jessica Davis Santome; brothers, Russell E. Royal and Curtis H. Royal; and sisters, Myrtle M. Royal Gilley, Mary J. Royal and Barbara A. Royal. In addition to his wife, he is predeceased by his son, Charles Thomas Royal.
