Charles Martin Lyons, Jr. ("Bud"), age 83, of Bel Air, Maryland passed away suddenly on March 16, 2023. Born in Bel Air, Maryland, he was the son of Charles Lyons and Juanita (McNutt) Caudill and beloved husband of 58 years to his loving wife Rosemary (Kelly) Lyons. Bud was a proud Marine who served his country and a member of the American Legion in Bel Air. A lifelong resident of Bel Air, Bud retired from working at Safeway in Bel Air in 2002 as Grocery Manager. He was a member of the Ma and Pa Railroad Historical Society and a railroad buff. Bud loved his dogs dearly and was a devoted, loving family man and so proud to be a grandfather and great grandfather.
In addition to his wife, Bud is survived by his son, Chuck Lyons and wife Christine; daughter, Colleen Dunnigan and husband Timothy; grandchildren, Cara Lyons and wife Brittany, Courtney Lyons, Patrick Lyons, Katelynn Anderson and Justin Dunnigan; great grandchildren Silas Levey and Addyson Hartley; and brother, Robert “Bobby” Lyons.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Michael Lyons and step mother, Mary Frances Lyons.
