Charles Barton Licato

Charles Barton Licato, age 34, of Rising Sun, MD passed away on September 6, 2012. Born in Baltimore, MD, he is the son of Donald Frank and Barbara Ann Barton Licato of Abingdon, MD. He graduated from Edgewood High School in 1995 and was with the Harford County Sheriff's office for 14 years. He enjoyed cooking, playing cards and going to Atlantic City. He loved his German Shepard, Gunner.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Licato is survived by his brother, Donald Phillip Licato and his wife, Shannon V. of Abingdon, MD; grandmother, Amelia A. Trakas of Abingdon, MD; and was godfather and uncle to Chase D. Licato and Nate W. Licato of Abingdon, MD.

In lieu of flowers, a contribution can be sent to benefit a scholarship fund for his nephews to the Charles Licato Memorial Fund, c/o APGFCU, P.O. Box 1176, Aberdeen, MD 21001 or at any local branches.
