Charles B. Matthews

Charles B. Matthews, age 80, of Noblesville, IN passed away on September 18, 2017 at the Brookdale Carmel Nursing Home in Carmel, IN. Born in Hillsboro, WV, he was the son of Billie Hiawatha and Mary Irene (Bruffey) Matthews and was the husband of the late Stella Carol Matthews. He retired from APG in 1993 where he worked as an engineering technician. He loved to camp and fish, taught hunter safety courses, and belonged to the North Harford Game and Fish Association. He had a beloved 1965 Corvair. He and his wife moved to Noblesville, Indiana in 2000.

Mr. Matthews is survived by son, Michael Matthews (Kim) of Noblesville, IN; sister, Bernice Tilmes; brother, William "Butch" Matthews (Faith); grandchild, Nicholas Matthews; and many loving nieces and nephews.
