Husband of Jocelyn Frey St. Clair; father of C. Stephen St. Clair and wife Catherine; Col. Matthew G. St. Clair and wife Melissa; grandfather of Travis St. Clair; Madeline St. Clair; Tommy St. Clair. He is also survived by a sister Betty St. Clair Saneman and husband Stephen. A memorial service will be held Saturday Jun 10, 2017 at 1:00 PM,at St. Johns Lutheran Church of Blenheim, 13300 Manor Road, Glen Arm, Maryland 21057. Family and friends are invited back to Steve - Cathy St. Clairs residence for a reception after the memorial service at 2602 Claret Drive Fallston, Maryland 21047.
