CHARLES A. COVERT, age 81, of Bel Air, died at Mariner Health of Bel Air on April 12, 2005 after a lengthy illness. Born in Washington, DC, he was the son of the late Charles Austin Covert, Sr. and the late Annabelle Owen Quinn.
