Charlene Magness

Charlene Magness, age 65, of Conowingo, MD, passed away on October 11, 2012 at Christiana Hospital in Christiana, DE. Born in Fountain Green, MD, she was the daughter of Charles Ray and Joliene Cox Gore of Mouth of Wilson, VA. She retired, after 30 years, from the Records Department at Aberdeen Proving Ground where she was a secretary. She was a member of the National Honor Society and loved to read and work crossword puzzles. An extremely loving person, she had a great love of animals, especially her dogs, Molly and Buster.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Magness is survived by her husband of 48 years, William H. Magness of Conowingo, MD; son, William P. Magness and wife, Tracy, of Baltimore, MD; daughter, Lisa "Isabelle" Magness of Santa Barbara, CA; sister, Judy Swaha and husband, George, of Mouth of Wilson, VA; and two nephews, Chuck and Joey.
