Charisa Deane Shackleford

Charisa Deane Shackleford, age 39, of Baltimore, MD, died on October 3, 2010 at Franklin Square Hospital in Baltimore, MD. Born in Lansdale, PA, she was the daughter of Gary Hedges Kern of Columbia, MD and Norma Gail Wynn Tilton of Aberdeen, MD. A graduate of Overlea High School, she attended Central Christian Assembly and Our Father's Heart. She was a very outgoing, caring, loving, and funny person who enjoyed people. She loved her dog, Bell, and also enjoyed watching movies and being with her friends.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her brother, Gary Kern and wife, Sarah, of Northeast, MD; sister, Lori Frebert and husband, Dave, of Rising Sun, MD; grandmother, Fay Wynn; and stepfather, Neil Tilton.
