Cecilia Sills

CECILIA SILLS, age 78, of Bel Air, MD, died on April 26, 2008 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. Born in Wytheville, VA, she was the daughter of the late Arthur Henry and Virginia Mary Freeman Johnson and wife of the late Charles L. Sills Jr. She lived most of her life in Harford County, and for the last six years, she resided at Harford Senior Housing in Bel Air. She enjoyed bingo, cooking and playing cards.

Mrs. Sills is survived by a son, Dickie Sills of Abingdon, MD; four daughters, Patricia Frew of Bel Air, MD, Regina G. Edwards of Northeast, MD, Theresa M. Taylor of Galax, VA, and Pamela Justh of Whiteford, MD; a brother, Arthur Johnson Jr. of Mt. Airy, NC; a sister, Rosalie Blackiston of Bel Air, MD; twelve grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by a son, Dale Anderson.

Pallbearers were Daniel J. Hash, Bennett G. Stanyard, Jeff Frew, David Sills, Derrick Taylor, Julie Sills, Mike Gallagher, and Chad Stanyard.
