Cecilia "Celie" Margaret Toms

Cecilia "Celie" Margaret Toms, age 78, of Abingdon, Maryland passed away on June 3, 2020 at her home. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, she was the daughter of Gerald and Cecilia (Angland) Robinson and wife of the late Roger Lee Toms. Cecilia was a busy mother helping with Cheer Leading, making costumes, Football, and teaching her children. She loved animals, traveling and was very artistic and enjoyed crafting with her daughters. Her family is very important to her.

Cecilia is survived by her son, Robert Daniels; daughters, Theresa Daniels and Lori Daniels; grandchildren, Allen "A.J." Schaffer, III, Robert Gerald Daniels, Jr., Jennifer Anne Daniels and Nichole Ann Everett; great-grandchildren, Charli, JJ and Lillian; brother, Gerald "Peck" Robinson; and sister, Cathleen "Cookie" Hulings.
