Cecil W. Parrigan

Cecil W. Parrigan, age 96, of Forest Hill, MD, passed away on September 28, 2013 at Top of the Hill Manor Assisted Living in Street, MD. Born in Clintwood, VA, he was the son of the late Columbus and Pricy Jane Fuller Parrigan and husband of the late Eula M. Parrigan. He was a veteran who served our country during WWII, had worked as a supervisor at Aberdeen Proving Ground and Edgewood Arsenal and was a member of Baptist View Church.

Mr. Parrigan is survived by his caregiver and friend, Eleanor Knopp of Forest Hill. In addition to his parents and wife, he was predeceased by his brothers, Alvin and Lonzo Parrigan and sisters, Emma Stamfer, Delthy Slemp, Effie Rose, Dorothy Mace and Stella Dotson.

Pallbearers will be Marlo Mejia, Larry Lam, Dale Blevins, Ben Lam, Homer Hanson and Mike Calp.
