Cathy Lynn Hamm

Cathy Lynn Hamm, age 55, of Street, MD passed away on December 28, 2017 at her home in Street, MD. Born July 4, 1962 in Wytheville, VA, she was the daughter of late Ertie Garvie Hamm and late Nancy Elvira (Osborne) Hamm. She is survived by two brothers, Dewey Wayne Hamm and wife Brenda K., of Darlington, MD and Joseph L. Hamm and wife Brenda, of Sparta, NC; and sister, Patty M. Faulkner of Fries, VA. She had five nieces and nephews, and was a great aunt to nine nieces and nephews who she loved dearly.

Ms. Hamm worked as a sales clerk at Walmart and previously provided care to the elderly and young who she continued to remain in contact with. She attended Hickory Baptist Church in Bel Air, MD and enjoyed fellowshipping with her church family. She loved to crochet, read and spend time with her friends and family. She was blessed with many friends and they all held a special place in her heart. She will be missed dearly along with her smile and laughter.
