Catherine A. Kogut

Catherine A. Kogut, age 87, of Bel Air, MD, died on November 30, 2010 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. Born in Highlandtown, MD, she was the daughter of the late John Francis and Teresa May Ortt Welsch, and wife of the late Leonard John Kogut Sr. A very devout Catholic, she was a member of St. Margaret Catholic Church, as well as, the Legion of Mary. She was immensely proud of her grandson, and through her selflessness, she enjoyed helping and caring for others.

Mrs. Kogut is survived by her son, Craig T. Kogut and wife, Bernie L., of Bel Air, MD; and grandson, Daniel T. Kogut of Bel Air, MD. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her son, Leonard J. Kogut Jr., and two siblings.

Pallbearers will be Craig Kogut, Dan Kogut, Vince Myers, Trey Radtke, Dave Conway, Mark Koontz, and John Welsch.
