Carrie F. Grice

Carrie F. Grice, age 92, of Aberdeen, Maryland, passed away on her birthday, March 4, 2016, at her son's home. Born in Appomattox, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late William and Frances (nee Ferguson) Palmer. Mrs. Grice was a sweet and loving wife and mother, and was active in her church and the community. She adopted many foster children, and remained very close to two of them.

Mrs. Grice is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Alphonzo Grice, her son Alphonzo R. Grice and his wife, Dorothea, of Aberdeen, MD, her daughter Vonetta Hayes of Atlanta, GA, seven grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by two brothers and three sisters.
