Carolyn Reynolds Husemann

Carolyn Reynolds Husemann, age 39, of Abingdon, MD passed away on March 22, 2016 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. Born in Fletcher, NC, she is the daughter of Jimmie Arden (Case) McClune of Bel Air and the late Richard Mark Holdredge. A resident of Harford County since 1984, she graduated from Bel Air High School in 1994 and from Harford Community College in 1996. She worked for 20 years as a nurse, where 15 of those years were spent in Home Health Care. She pursued her passion of helping others at the very young age of 20 years old, often working long hours, nights, weekends, and overnight to show her care and compassion for others. Her greatest reward in life was seeing patients and taking care of them in their time of need. She was the "glue" to our blended family and treated all of her children like they were her own. She enjoyed traveling and sightseeing and was a collector of baskets and purses.

Mrs. Husemann is survived by her husband, Joshua David Husemann; son, Eric J. Husemann of Abingdon; daughters, Annika M. Reynolds of Abingdon, Samantha N. Husemann of Joppa and Colleen E. Reynolds of Bel Air; sisters, Sarah E. Davis and husband, Steve, of Aberdeen and Jessica L. Powell of Portsmouth, NH; stepfather, Anthony S. McClune; nephews, Liam Dempsey and Austin Davis; and nieces, Imogene Davis and Everleigh Davis.
