Carolyn M. Goldstraw

Carolyn M. Goldstraw, age 70, of Bel Air, MD, died on June 26, 2010 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. Born in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Milton Benjamin and Marie Catherine Maranto Ridgaway. She worked as a receptionist at Sheppard Pratt Hospital and was a member of St. Margaret Catholic Church. She was a volunteer for the American Cancer Society. An avid bingo player and card shark, she enjoyed shopping, traveling, fishing, crabbing, boating, and camping at the beach. She was the number one fan of the Baltimore Ravens. She loved and cherished her family and enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Mrs. Goldstraw is survived by her husband of 53 years, William F. Goldstraw of Bel Air, MD; son, William M. Goldstraw and wife, Kandy, of Abingdon, MD; daughter, Linda M. Argentino and companion, Russell H., of Havre de Grace, MD; brother, Charles E. Ridgaway and wife, Jill, of West Chester, PA; and four grandchildren, Joshua B. and Marisa M. Argentino, both of Havre de Grace, MD, Katie C. Young and husband, Michael, of Baltimore, MD, and Ryan K. Barry of Abingdon, MD.
