Carolyn K. Mccormack

CAROLYN K. McCORMACK, age 61, of Edgewood, MD died at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, on January 29, 2008. Born in Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of Lucy DeFlice of Pennsylvania and the late Orlando DeFlice. She had worked for Dr. David Buchultz for 10 years as office manager. She enjoyed reading and knitting and her granddaughter was the joy of her life.

In addition to her mother, Mrs. McCormack is survived by her companion of 26 years, Steven Clifford Siler of Edgewood, Maryland; two sons, Carl McCormack of Pennsylvania and Jack McCormack of Maryland; a sister, Claira Tamashuniz of Philadelphia, PA; and a granddaughter, Heather Lee McCormack of Maryland.
