Carolyn Joan Frederick

Carolyn Joan Frederick, age 71, of Edgewood, MD, died on October 11, 2009 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. Born in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Elmer Christian and Lillie Annie Dunn Cosgrove and wife of the late Thomas Warrell Frederick. Mrs. Frederick worked as a school cafeteria worker, medical secretary, and bank teller. In her later years, she enjoyed visiting with family and friends.

Mrs. Frederick is survived by her son, Thomas Howard Frederick of Rising Sun, MD; and her sisters, Vernelle Blount and Elaine Dean of California. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her brothers, Allen and Wayne Cosgrove, and sisters, Doris Wolferman and Shirley Clark.

Services to be held at a later date. Interment will be in Oak Lawn Cemetery, Baltimore, MD.
