Carole L. Mills

Carole L. Mills, age 85, of Forest Hill, Maryland passed away on December 30, 2019 at her home. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Archie and Naomi (Ritase) Phillips and husband of the late Paul M. Mills. The most important thing in her life was her family. She was very supportive of them, enjoyed them coming to visit her and spending time with them and being invested in their lives.

Carole is survived by her sons, Paul (Deborah) L. Mills and Keith (Marcie) Mills; daughters, Carole L. McKenzie and Brenda (Michael) L. Penn; sister, Mary Ellen Boyd; grandsons, Joseph (Mary) McKenzie, Adam (Joyce) McKenzie, Michael Penn and Nicholas Penn; granddaughters, Katharine Mills, Elizabeth Mills, Sabrina Mills and Sarah Mills; great-granddaughters, Julia McKenzie, Lauren McKenzie and Jordan Mills; and great-grandson, Luke McKenzie.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brothers, John Phillips and Buddy Phillips and son-in-law, Joseph McKenzie.
