Carol Joan Howard

Carol Joan Howard, age 80, of Abingdon, Maryland passed away on September 27, 2021 at home with her loving family. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, she was the daughter of Daril and Evelyn (Heckner) Ridgely and wife of 58 years to the late N. Richard Howard. She worked for nearly 20 years as a medical secretary and loved her dog Vogie and cat Cali.

Carol is survived by her daughters, Bonnie Hatcher and son-in law Ned and Stacey Ficca and son-in law Brian; brother, Larry Ridgely; grandson, Chris Hatcher and wife Brittany; granddaughters, Sierra Ficca (Anthony and Dee) and Nicolette Ficca (Cole).

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by grandparents, Grandpa Joe and Grandma Heck.
