Carmelita "Bootsie" Cubbage

Carmelita “Bootsie” Cubbage, age 89, of Aberdeen, Maryland passed away on December 22, 2020 in Baltimore, Maryland. Born in Winnsboro, South Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Coleen (Harris) Humphries and wife of the late Enoch Emmanual Cubbage.
Carmelita is survived by her loving daughters, Deborah Ann Nakayama and her husband Jimmy, and Donna Lee Cubbage; 6 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; and her sister, Coleen Davis and her husband Tom. Before devoting 35 ½ years to working at Continental Can, Carmelita was a seamstress and she also knew how to crochet. She enjoyed making clothes, reading, and watching movies.

In addition to her parents and husband, Carmelita was predeceased by her son, David E. Cubbage.
