Carl William Kaiser

February 14, 1924 — March 20, 2004

CARL WILLIAM KAISER, age 80, of Fallston, died at his residence on March 20, 2004. Born in Buffalo, New York, he was the son of the late Charles Augustus, Jr. and Helen Beatrice Frost Kaiser. He had retired after approximately 35 years of service as an insurance salesman, with First Lutheran Brotherhood and then with Aid Association for Lutherans Insurance Company. He served his country in the U.S. Marine Corp during WW II. He was a member of the Masons, the Highland Lodge No. 35, American Legion, Bel Air, and Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd for 37 years. He enjoyed golfing and bowling. For many years he played baseball for the church teams.

Mr. Kaiser is survived by his wife of 57 years, Betty Mae Anker Kaiser; five daughters, Darleen B. Danney and her companion, Michael May of Dallas, Texas; Sandra L. Michaels and her husband, Herb R. Michaels of Buffalo, New York; Lynn M. Schroeder, Retired State Trooper, and her companion, Vincent J. Stonis of New Port Ritchie, Florida; Deborah A. Calvanico and her husband, Phil E. Calvanico of Dallas, Texas; Carol J. Hankey and her husband, Merv E. Hankey of Fallston; one sister, Genevieve K. McQuillin of Clarence, New York; 12 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.


Pallbearers will be: Herb R. Michaels, Merv E. Hankey, Russell T. Kuehn, Phil E. Calvanico, Matt J. Guerrieri, and Jim P. Rabbitt.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, 1515 Emmorton Road, Bel Air, Maryland 21014.
