Carl S. Perry Jr., age 61, of Bel Air, MD, passed away on December 1, 2014 at his home. Born in Havre de Grace, MD, he was the son of the late Carl Silvester Perry Sr. and Regina Elizabeth Cook Perry. He retired, after 20 years, from Aberdeen Proving Ground where he worked as a locksmith and was the owner and operator of Perry's Trailer Park. He enjoyed working with stained glass, traveling and spending time with his family at the Renaissance Festival.
Mr. Perry is survived by his wife, Debra S. Perry, who was his high school sweetheart and with who he reconnected in 1998 to spend the rest of his life with; daughters, Tiffany S. Williams of Williamsport, Miranda C. Ward and Katrina M. Briggs, both of Littlestown, PA and Randi N. Powers of Etters, PA; sisters, Elaine Birchfield, Carol Zavitz, Carmen Blackburn and Kay Strohecker; and six grandchildren.
