Carl Mitchell Lowe Jr.

Carl Mitchell Lowe Jr., age 60, of Bel Air, Maryland passed away on October 25, 2017 at Staten Island University Hospital in Staten Island, New York. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, he was the son of Carl Mitchell and Elizabeth May (Baker) Lowe. He was employed as a truck driver and enjoyed fishing and crabbing. He also enjoyed NHRA (National Hot Rod Association) and loved going to flea markets and antique stores.

Mr. Lowe is survived by his wife, Jenny Lynn Lowe (nee Marshall) of Bel Air; step-son, Tony Bennett and wife Sandy; sister, Linda Persing and husband Jim; nephews, Jeff and Chris Davis; niece, Samantha Persing; brothers-in-law Jim Rumble and wife Debbie, Keith Matro and wife Brenda; sisters-in-law, Ana Hosmer and husband Eric, Walthey Hensley and husband Danny; and numerous cousins, aunts and uncles.
