Carl B. McMillan, 90, of Darlington, MD passed away on February 27, 2015 at the Senator Bob Hooper House in Forest Hill, MD. Born in Nathan's Creek, NC, he was the son of the late Thomas Jefferson McMillan and Susie Elizabeth Miller McMillan and husband, for 53 years, of the late Pauletta Taylor McMillan. He worked 23 years for the Harford County Board of Education where he was an audio/visual technician. He loved NASCAR racing, wrestling, and repaired televisions and radios. He also enjoyed hunting and was a member of the Cedar Gun Club.

Mr. McMillan is survived by his son, Kenneth McMillan of Darlington; daughter, Barbara Spittler of Darlington; brother and sister-in-law, Mr. & Mrs. John McMillan of Darlington; grandson, Jason Spittler and three great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents and wife, he was predeceased by his siblings, Hazel Colvard of Crumpler, NC, Blanche Atwood of Bel Air, Mable Worley of Jefferson, NC, J.C. McMillan of Bel Air, William S. McMillan of Darlington, Myrtle Priebe of Baltimore and George McMillan of Darlington.
