C. RIDGELY CULLUM, age 89, of Bel Air, died in Harford Memorial Hospital on October 14, 2003. Born in Bel Air, he was the son of the late Rudolph and Mattie Ball Cullum, and the husband of the late Dora L. Cullum. He ran a dairy farm on Cullum Road and lived there most of his life. He enjoyed eating seafood. He also enjoyed welding, carpentry, building two of his own homes. He retired from working at Livezey Lumber Company. He was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church. His family says he was a fun-loving man, making the best of any situation.
Mr. Cullum is survived by one granddaughter, Angelena D. Spitzer of Midway, Arkansas; and five great-grandchildren. Also survived by seven nieces and nephews, Russell Cullum; Edna Magness; Margaret Murray; Neil Cullum; Cora Cockerham; Elaine Watson; and Loretta Gebhart. In addition to his parents and his wife, he was predeceased by one daughter, Carlette Cullum; two brothers, Norman Cullum; Roland Cullum; two sisters, Liona Foote; Catherine McClellan; and one nephew, Gene Cullum.
