Bill L. Whitley

William ("Bill") L. Whitley, age 72, of Edgewood, MD passed away on January 24, 2018 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. He was born in Concord, NC to Barnie Franklin Whitley, Sr. and Bertie Leao Whitley. He was the owner operator of a trucking business, which gave him the opportunity to enjoy traveling all over the country. He was an avid hunter, and as a former Orioles ticket holder, he enjoyed attending many baseball games with his wife. He also enjoyed line dancing with his wife for many years.

Mr. Whitley is survived by his daughter, Kimberly Grimsley and husband, Patrick, of Forest Hill; brother, Frank Whitley of Concord, NC; and granddaughter, Autumn Grimsley. He was preceded in death by his wife of 43 years, Betty Whitley.
