Bill Howard

Bill Howard, age 87, of Newbury, NH passed away on May 18, 2017 at the Senator Bob Hooper House in Forest Hill, MD. Born in New Haven, CT, he was the son of Arthur Wall and Daisy Munning and the husband of the late Ann Marie Howard. He had also resided in Fallston, MD. A veteran of the U.S. Army, he served our country during occupied Japan. He was loved by all and will be remembered as a remarkable husband, father and friend.

Mr. Howard is survived by his daughter, Kim M. Howard of Fallston, MD; son, Scott W. Howard of Bridgewater Corner, VT; grandchildren, Alissa Walsh of Westminster, MD, Kaylin Vincz of Indianapolis, IN, Michael Howard of Windsor Locks, CT and Patrick Howard of Windsor, CT; and great-grandchildren, Julia, Luke and Jeremiah Walsh, and Adelaide Vincz.
