Beverly "Bev" Carter

Beverly "Bev" Carter, 76, of Fallston, MD passed away on August 20, 2015 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. Born in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Eleanor (Fick) Volk and stepfather, Joseph Volk. She was a member of Grandview Christian Church where she was the leader of the Young at Heart Group and had participated in Senior Saints in the Smokies with Johnson Bible College. She enjoyed crocheting, needlepoint and traveling and loved to decorate the house for holidays and birthdays.

Mrs. Carter is survived by her husband of 58 years, Frank L. Carter Jr.; son, Bruce D. Carter and wife, Terry Jo, of York PA; sister, Shirley Sapp of Perry Hall; brother-in-law, Edward G. Carter of Van Bibber; sister-in-law, Joyce Carter of Van Bibber; stepbrother, Joseph Volk of Jarrettsville; grandson, Alex Smith of Cooperstown, NY, and many nieces and nephews.
