Beverly Ann Berends

Beverly Ann Berends, age 64, of Joppa, Maryland passed away on December 28, 2021 at Adventist Washington Hospital in Takoma Park, Maryland. Born in Baltimore City, Maryland, she was the daughter of Edward and Nettie (Bauerlein) Grove. Born and raised in Baltimore City, Beverly moved to Joppa about 7 years ago. Beverly's purpose in life was to give her family the best life she could.  She enjoyed camping and weekend get-a-ways with her family and doing everything she could with them.  Beverly made sure to make plans with her grandchildren so they would spend time together.  Beverly loved warm weather and the beach wishing every day was summer.   

Beverly is survived by her husband of 37 years, Robert Berends; daughter, Chastity Main (Roger); sons, John Bazemore Jr. (fiancée, Renee Pisani) and James Berends; grandchildren, Alanna Long and Kendall Main; sister, Carol Scruggs; and brother, Frank Grove. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, John Grove.
